Formation Package Fee for HongKong Company
The fee only US$850 includes all government fees as well as our service fees, and include the following
I) Certificate of incorporation
II) Business registration certificate
III) Original formation documents and minutes
IV) Minute booklet
V) Share certificate booklet
VI) Two chops and a seal
VII) One certified copy of formation documents issued by our CPA firm
VIII) A green box, but excluding delivery charges
And free for:
-Free mail forwarding (for a year)
-Appointment of corporate secretary and local agency for a year
-Providing registered office and business address for a year
-Free e-mail account for a year
-Free public telephone line for a year
-Free public fax line for a year
 

Subsequent Renewal Fees
We charge only US$500 including:
1) Preparing for annual returns and file to the Companies Registry
2) Collecting the business registration certificate
3) Appointment of corporate secretary for a year
4) Providing registered office address for a year
5) Providing public phone line for a year
6) Providing public fax line for a year
7) Providing e-mail account for a year

Nominee Services
We provide nominee director and shareholder with a fee of US$500 and including the following documents:
1) Prepare for Declaration of Trust documents
2) Prepare for a Power of Attorney documents

Opening a Corporate Bank Account
We can open an offshore bank account with HSBC Banks with the arrangements that our clients need not visit Hong Kong, with a fee of only US$500 (Now promition, only US$300).

Notarisation and Apostilliation
We can arrange our Notary Public, an international lawyer,  to issue a full set of formation documents certified and signed and apostilled by High Court of Hong Kong for international acceptable purposes with a fee of only US$500.
