The fee only US$850 if you come to Hong Kong (or US$950 if you don't come to Hong Kong) includes all government fees as well as our service fees, and include the following
I) Certificate of incorporation
II) Business registration certificate
III) Original formation documents and minutes
IV) Statutory minutes
V) Share certificate
VI) A signature chop and a small round acknowledgement chop
VII) One certified copy of formation documents issued by our CPA firm
VIII) A black file, but excluding delivery charges
And we are FREE to you the followings (Total virtual office solutions US$500 for a year) for:
-Free mail forwarding (for a year)
-Appointment of corporate secretary and local agency for a year
-Providing registered office and business address for a year
-Free e-mail account for a year
-Free public telephone line for a year
-Free public fax line for a year
Subsequent Renewal Fees
We charge only US$760 including:
1) Preparing for annual returns and file to the Companies Registry
2) Collecting the business registration certificate
We are FREE to you the following (Total virtual office solutions US$500 per year) for:
1) Appointment of corporate secretary for a year
2) Providing registered office address for a year
3) Providing public phone line for a year
4) Providing public fax line for a year
5) Providing e-mail account for a year
So total renewal fee is only US$760.
